Do you have a certain gifting, interest or connections to certain facilities? There is basically no end to the possibilities of events or fundraisers that could help children come home!  You could do anything from dinners, pictures, 5k runs, special events, sports tournaments, projects, and auctions.  Whatever you have interest to do could most likely be leveraged on behalf of adoptive families.  Reach out to let us know what you are thinking!  We’d be happy to set up a custom landing page for your event!

Regional Manager

Would you like to see more people stepping up to help vulnerable children and the families who are ready to welcome them home?  Engage your church and others in your community by becoming an Adoption Advocacy Regional Manager (AARM).  In this role, you will be a point person to help direct others to resources and will get to help lead, inform and connect people to ways they can be standing in the gap for children and families!

Help Raise Funds

Charity Runs/Walks: Organize local 5Ks or fun runs where participants raise sponsorship money.

Benefit Concerts: Host concerts featuring local musicians, with ticket sales and donations supporting the foundation.

Auction Nights: Organize live or silent auctions with donated items from local businesses.

Custom Event: Lead or host any kind of event or project that fits your interests and resources.

Crowdfunding: Create campaigns utilizing a custom donation landing page on the Omnah website.

Virtual Fundraisers: Host online events such as webinars, virtual cooking classes, or trivia nights where participants can donate.

Merchandise: Sell merchandise with proceeds going to the foundation or run a Cards for a Cause fundraiser. 

Bake Sales/Craft Fairs: Set up booths at local markets or events to sell homemade goods.

Engage Businesses: Encourage businesses to embrace the mission of seeing children come into loving homes through adoption. (Percent proceeds giving, Employee matching programs, etc.)

Sponsorships: Approach local businesses for sponsorship opportunities.

Employee Volunteer Programs: Partner with companies to encourage their employees to volunteer.

Like-minded Organizations: Connect with organizations who are like minded and encourage them to partner together with the Omnah Foundation.

Help Raise Awareness

Story Sharing: Share success stories of families and the impact of the foundation. 

Make Connections: Encourage others to stand in the gap for adoptive families needing financial help to complete their adoptions.

Presentations: Give talks at schools, community centers, and churches about the importance of adoption and how people can help.

Flyer Distribution: Distribute informational flyers and brochures in high-traffic areas.

Press Releases: Write and distribute press releases to local media about events and initiatives that you or the foundation are running.

Interviews: Arrange for interviews on local radio and TV stations to discuss adoption and the foundation’s work.

Help Omnah

Skills and Expertise: Donate your skills and expertise to help further the mission.

Omnah AARM: Be the point person for your church and your local area.  Advocate for children and adoptive families, and encourage others to get involved.

Logistics Coordination: Help plan and organize events, from securing venues to managing guest lists.

Volunteer Coordination: Recruit and manage other volunteers for various events and tasks.

Support Groups: Facilitate a Replanted Ministry support group for adoptive families to share experiences and advice.  

Buddy System: Pair new adoptive families with experienced ones for guidance and support.
